MA – Creating my oral presentation : A reflection

{ Falmouth University MA in photography – CRJ }

In June 2019 I started my MA with Falmouth university as part of an accredited education programme.

I’ve left this ages to update this post , and to be honest, it’s all a distant past now. Which before I did my first WIP and RPP would of seemed I would never of been I a position to say!

BUT I can say doing the first assignment was a challenge and a half ! I hadn’t used the software used to create slideshows since I used to do them for birth clients, so that was a fast & quick learning curve getting back into that. Trying to edit my words and cull my script and images was so hard, theres SO much you want to say, but knowing what to keep and what to get rid of is a skill I had never had to use so extensively ever ! I was really happy with my final presentation and had some really good feedback from tutors and peers . For students who may search out these blog posts in the future (I know I did when we started on the course) for transparency, because it’s really useful I think to know what a certain grade looks like….

I achieved LO3 67/ LO5 67 / LO6 70 for  my marks which equalled out to a mark of 68% (27.2 out of 40) which was a merit (or point eight off of the distinction , not that I am counting or anything:))

Here’s the link again to my OP …
